At Spartan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our transparent return, refund, and warranty policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience. 

This policy applies directly to all purchases made from our store within the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

## 1. Returns Due to Customer Remorse (Changed Your Mind)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return any item within **30 days** from the day after your order is delivered. 

**Conditions for Remorse Returns:**
* The item must be brand new, unused, and in its original condition.
* For items with a manufacturer seal, the seal must remain unopened and intact.
* The item must be completely undamaged and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

**Return Shipping Costs for Remorse:** 
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You may use your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

## 2. Returns for Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a manufacturing fault within **30 days** of delivery, we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

* **Cost:** Return shipping is **100% free** for damaged, wrong, or faulty items. 


* **Process:** Contact our support team at support@tryspartan.us within the 30-day window. We will issue a prepaid shipping label via email for you to return the item.

## 3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email our customer support team at **support@tryspartan.us** with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. For damaged or faulty items, please attach a clear photo or short video of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the appropriate return shipping address or a prepaid return label.
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

*Please note: Returns must be sent to our verified warehouse address provided by our support team. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.*

## 4. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at **support@tryspartan.us**. 
* If your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. 
* If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please accept the delivery and follow our 30-day return process outlined above.

## 5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived and it is at least **2 business days** past the expected delivery date, please notify us at **support@tryspartan.us**. 
* We will open an immediate investigation with the shipping carrier, which may take up to 5 business days.
* If the carrier confirms the package is lost or cannot be located, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately—whichever you prefer.

## 6. Refund Processing Time
* Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days. 
* We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether the refund has been approved based on its condition.
* Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please allow **5–10 business days** for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

## 7. Product Warranty
All Spartan products come with a **1-month manufacturing warranty** starting from the date of delivery. This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and structural faults. It does not cover accidental damage, physical misuse, water damage, or normal wear and tear over time.
